The New Fisher 10Designed by Wyatt and FreemanNaval architects Gordon Wyatt and David Freeman were trained in the Ship-building industry where they met and worked together for a number of years before concentrating on yacht design. AS well as the Fisher range, they are well know for the Yarmouth 23, a pretty but substantial Gaff- Rigged cutter, and the Cromarty 36, an ocean going, deck saloon Motor Sailer. Their belief that a serious cruising yacht should tend towards a scaled-down ship rather than a blown-up dinghy is reflected in the Fisher image, where strength and safety are the top priorities and are never compromised. All Wyatt & Freeman yacht designs are based on the premise that a cruising yacht should be equally prepared to meet adverse weather conditions. No concessions are made to the leisure industry and as much care has been taken in the design of the new Fisher 10 s is given to commercial craft.
